On April 27, 2021, at the Announcement Ceremony of Top 10 Prestigious Companies in Real Estate - Construction - Building Materials Industry 2021, Hung Thinh Corporation was honored in the category of "Top 10 Prestigious Real Estate Developers 2021” voted by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet newspaper.

In 2020 alone, Hung Thinh Land - a real estate development member of Hung Thinh Corporation introduced to the market nearly 7,000 products, significantly contributing to the Corporation's total sales and profits with VND 19,448 billion and VND 1,600 billion, respectively.
