HTN's consolidated income statement in the third quarter achieved revenue of VND 1,798 billion, profit after tax of VND 200.6 billion, up 139% and 1,277% respectively over the same period in 2019. Generally, for accumulated 9 months , HTN has completed 84.14% of the revenue plan and 111.23% of the profit plan of 2020 (in 2020, the Company sets a consolidated business plan with revenue of VND 4,174 billion, profit after tax of VND 285.8 billion, up 13.4% and 52.8%, respectively compared to the result achieved in 2019). Such an achievement comes from revenue and profit of the Richmond City project owned by Binh Trieu Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company (HTN holds 95.24% of the charter capital), the project is currently under handover to the customer.

In the construction segment alone, against the trend of slowing growth of the industry, revenue and profit in third quarter of 2020 of HTN still increased by 10.7% and 28.7%, respectively, compared to the third quarter of 2019. In the context the construction industry is affected by Covid-19 epidemic, Hung Thinh Incons has still maintained its growth momentum thanks to its advantage in the ecosystem of Hung Thinh Corporation. At the same time, the Company announced to fix the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends in 2019 in cash at the rate of 18% under the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The last registration date is 11/16/2020, payment time is 30/11/2020. With more than 33 million shares in circulation, Hung Thinh Incons shareholders will receive VND 59.5 billion of dividend amount. At the closing price of the session on October 30, 2020, VND 27,250/ share, HTN's cash dividend yield was 6.61%, belonging to one of the top groups in the market.
The company has been promoting the procedures of implementing the issuance plan for existing shareholders approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 to increase charter capital and improve financial capacity, helping HTN to have enough potential to respond to increasing construction workload from new projects of Hung Thinh Land as well as participating in bidding for projects outside the Corporation.
